I spend much of my working year on the road. Hitting country houses throughout the country. Bringing my own unique brand of wedding photography to as many parts of the country as I can. It’s nice to have a wedding every now and then to photograph and document on my own doorstep. And a Ballinacurra House Wedding is always welcome
And Kinsale is one town that quite is near to me, given I’m based in Riverstick. So a handy one for me given the short journey involved. But as I often say, it is the client that is most important. If you like the work then I will go anywhere. And by this stage I have been to a plenty of venues thoughoit the 26 counties.
Ballincurra House is one of those venues that I love to work at. Like any country house it has individual charm. Jess had seen my work previously. She had been a guest at a few weddings I had photographed. I had actually spoke with her at a wedding at Liss Ard Estate a few months previously. And I think getting that first hand view of how I work is certainly a good way to see how I operate.
The no fuss approach is certainly attractive to many. It just allows the day to breath. And it was certainly something that both Jess and TJ were impressed with. The bottom line for them was to just enjoy their Wedding day
Kinsale was the venue for Jess & TJs’ summer wedding. And Ballinacurra house is certainly a venue I am a big fan off. And as seems to be quite popular in recent years given the run of good summers. It was ideal weather wise on the day. So it was an outdoor celebration on the lawn at the front of the house. Here’s a little snippet from their Ballinacurra House Wedding.
